Mr. Pierre Gagne reports ROCKEX MINING ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING Rockex Mining Corp. has released the results of the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 18, 2026. Shareholders holding an aggregate of 50,475,911 votes (37.76 per cent of the outstanding votes) were present or represented by proxy at the meeting.
